A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Location short walk to the metro area for the holidays and northern suburbs of Detroit.

Had a wonderful stay here. I liked the room, the bed was very comfy. The staff were helpful and the pool was nice. The hotel's position was favourable, in the middle of jackson. Went to Bar Verona for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the venue.

They offer a good variety of breakfast options, the location is convenient and close to Michigan with plenty of food choices, and you can grab tea or coffee at the nearby Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

This place is super clean, has an ideal location, friendly staff, fresh suites, and an amazing overall experience.

Friendly and compassionate staff made our stay at this hotel exceptional. When I mentioned the loss of a loved one, the breakfast attendant showed incredible kindness and comforted me. Additionally, a housekeeping staff member left a heartfelt condolence card in our room. The staff's sensitivity and reaching out truly touched us. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch customer service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the northern suburbs of Detroit and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, as it was right in the middle of everywhere we needed to go in Michigan. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with plenty of storage options and a large desk area. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help. The breakfast provided delicious options, including sausage and cracked pepper scrambled eggs. The fitness center had everything I needed, including treadmills and free weights.

The pillows in the room were too big and firm, causing discomfort during sleep.

Our stay at Towneplace Suites was superb and outstanding! The hotel staff went above and beyond to support us during a difficult time. We received heartfelt sympathy cards and felt warmth and kindness from everyone, including Manager Chris Tanner. We truly felt valued as guests.

The hotel's location is perfect, it is incredibly close to the highway that was very convenient for my business needs. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. the staff at the front desk, as well as the employees managing the breakfast area, were friendly and always helpful. the breakfast was diverse and fantastic, with plenty of options for everyone. the overall service was amazing, I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my four-day stay.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the employees managing the breakfast area. They were accommodating to guests who needed to extend their stay and even adjusted the rates accordingly. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a full kitchen, and the beds were cozy. The breakfast provided a variety of options including oatmeal, breads for toasting, eggs, cereal, yogurt. The location was convenient, close to Henry Ford Hospital West Bloom and other attractions in Michigan.

The wifi initially had some issues and required calling a central corporate help line to resolve.

Nice surprises, great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my Christmas stay in this hotel. the staff surprised me with a small Christmas present and cookies in my room, which made me feel welcomed. the hotel is located in a key area, close to several shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. I liked how clean and cozy the room was, and I must say the bed was comfortable too!

Poor communication and management of special requests. Unfortunately, my experience with special requests was not great.
